ABOUT GUELPH COMEDY FESTIVAL

Why: Laughter is a shared experience that creates strong bonds. Comedy is a vehicle to create community, challenge the status quo and reflect on adversity through a positive lens.
What: Guelph Comedy Festival is our city's yearly block-party-style weekend celebration of the comedic arts and the craft behind them (including stand-up, improv, sketch and story-telling).
How: It is curated and executed by a group of volunteers who are united by the belief that comedy is good for Guelph. 
When: One weekend every October from 2012 to forever. This year's festival runs Oct 17-20, 2018 with a preview gala on May 12 2018.
