Come see Scared Scriptless - a theatre/comedy show inspired by UCB’s long-running Gravid Water.

Theatre actors are given real scenes from real plays to learn and rehearse, and they get paired with improvisers who have no idea what scene they’re in for. The two perform their scene together for the first time in front of a live audience to surprising and hilarious results!

NEW FOR APRIL! 
Calling all improvisers! Scared Scriptless is trialing a FREE post-show improv jam! 

Just show up and put your name in the bucket to play! All experience levels are welcome. Only want to watch? That's great too!

The doors for the jam will open 15 minutes after Scared Scriptless ends, to let the audience exit and give the producers a moment to turn over the theatre. The aim is to start the jam by 10pm. After that, we improvise until the break of dawn (or 11pm-ish, whichever comes first).

Accessibility notes: The Main Space at Silence is wheelchair-accessible (34" clearance on doors) however there are no automatic doors. There is an accessible all-gender single-stall bathroom with a round knob on the door. 

Tickets may also be available at the door as supplies last - if you want to purchase a ticket in advance but don’t have a credit card to make that happen or you want to see this show but don’t have the funds available for a ticket please email fest@guelphcomedyfestival.com and we’ll work it out.
